The other day Seth Keysor (sometime writer for the Athletic, Chief of the North pod) said that he thinks that KC will sign either Odell/DHop, and his prediction is Odell, but he stressed that he hasn't really heard anything either.

Saw where the Cards have allowed teams to negotiate with Hopkins now. So that would likely mean someone has the actual team to team terms agreed upon?
