I'll start it at noon EDT on Friday. If you set your draft board it shouldn't matter that it starts during working hours.

I was excited to get going today, but this will help me. I haven't had time to fully evaluate my roster. My initial run-through only led to cutting one guy, and I'm sure there has to be more dead weight than that.

Plus, it would be smart to know what positions I'm thin at before the draft.

I was looking over my roster and while it doesn't have much pizazz, I think I've got some strengths at Offensive Guard and Fullback.

Looking further, I've got solid tackles too. If true fans really like good offensive lines, I'm going to make a mint on season ticket sales. :)

so how does the draft work? Do you pick from the city that you have?

I can't really adjust my draft board once I put guys in it - am I just stupid?

The draft board isn't really all that useful if you can't move guys up and down and set an order within the queue.

There are 24 teams in a league. We will be drafting from the 2012 draft class, 7 picks per team. Just like the NFL.

I guess I'll put this here... Peyton Manning is so on the freaking block. you want him, send me an offer. I won't move him for just any package, but... he's out there.

how does the 'salary cap' work? is there one?

We're going to have something along the lines of a salary cap, but simpler and more elegant. It's not in place yet, but will come along after this season is played.
