We thank Whitlock for his donation. We make no promise about a billboard in Dallas. The money will go where we decide. If that is not good enough and the money from Whitlock is earmarked for billboard use only, I will not cash the check. He has to let me know though.

On the phone this morning, I told him the billboard in Dallas was WAY out of our price range at roughly $17K. He said it was for whatever use we needed it for our "movement", banners, billboards, or whatever.

Jwhit always got unfairly blasted imo.

If anything, he drops the race card too often, but a lot of times when he talks about the "hip hop culture" and all of that, I even tend to agree with him there.
