While I'm happy that Ventura s getting a shot, I hope he's not being put in a bad situation. Alot of pressure to put on him for a big league debut.

We could pretty much throw an entire bullpen game. So as long as Ned pulls him an inning before his gut tells him to, I'm good with Ventura going tonight.

In case anyone is interested Omaha and the Durham Bulls are playing the championship game in AAA on the NBCSN channel. Don't know if its a series or just one game. I just stumbled upon it. :thumb: Oh and Jake Odorizzi is pitching for Durham.

It's ballsy, I hope I'm wrong and we win. We have been pretty good this year making the right roster moves for the most part, even Frenchy was platooned after April and we replaced Getz with 3 diff guys during the year. Replace Dozer for Chen, moved Davis into the pen etc. I think Dayton has been doing as we'll as he can for the most part
