We could pick him, like San Diego and a poor man's Eli Manning, if it comes down to it.

Who are you going to trade him to? This isn't Peyton Manning you're talking about. This is a bad year for QB's and if a team can't get Geno, they'll simply take Glennon or Manuel and be content with either of those guys. What you're proposing is essentially the equivalent of putting a gun to your own head after catching your wife in bed with another man. Its an idle threat that is meaningless. |
Imo warts abound, Geno Smith is the BPA @one. I expect the Chiefs will draft Geno and play Alex until Geno is ready.

How else are we getting a good return on the number one? Jackyle? Take the one rated qb and trade him Posted via Mobile Device |

Well if history of Alex tells us anything. He breaks as much as brodie, might as well have a back up
|
We're going to spin our wheels in a futile attempt to deal, the entire league will call our bluff, and we'll draft Joeckel #1 overall after letting Albert leave, thus ensuring that we will have taken the first pick in the draft, the second in the second, another second or third pick and turned it in to a nearly 30 year old game manager and a left tackle when we already had a 30 year old backup and a left tackle.
Only the Chiefs could do this. Only the Chiefs. |
