If so you could talk to the bar owner about something

The team waitresses a night for free in exchange for tip jars on the tables that go to the team.

Girls wear their Uni's ... probably not on skates though, but maybe.

+1 for a bake sale or car wash. Of course, the car wash fundraiser would need to be delayed until it gets warmer.
