It's Hardees around here. Haven't been there in ages, but I used to love the mushroom & swiss.

Hardees was my first introduction to Carl's Jr. I had no idea when I walked into Carl's for the first time it was the same place. I loved Hardee's when I lived in NC so I was happy to find Carl's.

I don't eat there that often. It's about 20 miles from me and I don't get up that way more than once every month or three. When I am up there though, I usually make a trip to Carl's Jr.

I'm waiting for the Foot-Tall or Foot-Thick Cheeseburger.

They need to trick that shit out with some different cheese choices and bacon. Mu'****in' BACON! It is the candy bar of meats. Hell, how about an option to top it with eggs? If you're going to do it, kill people. All the way.

That sounds like the perfect breakfast burger, but, instead of hamburger patties, how about sausage patties... --- ... --- ... ---

Well, so was the double down by KFC. At $5 a pop, it's a ripoff of some magnitude.

I'm pretty sure I paid almost $7 for that damn thing.

So if Hardee's and Carl's Jr are the same place, does that mean Hardee's will also have this?

For $5 (or $7),

Two breast portions (not full breasts), a slice of cheese, a dollop of sauce and a strip of bacon just doesn't cut it on my value scale. I bought one to try it. That's enough.

I'm glad to see an actual picture of the sandwich, not some burger that looks like it's going to be amazing because it's not actually food and a photographer took stills in a controlled lighting environment to make it look 400x better than it actually tastes. If I ever become a politician; "photos used for marketing must be actual photos of food handed out a drive-thru window" will be somewhere in my platform.

Oh, not disputing that at all. One was enough for me as well. Probably a little more than enough.

They used to have the best chili dog sauce ever, used to order them three at a time.

Stopped selling them about three years ago
