During Alex's time here- when the team would get a holding call or a big drop- you felt that was a drive killer, we always had trouble overcoming those type of plays. Alex would pack it in and take a few check down passes to pad his stats.

With Mahomes- no drive is dead until the very end- teams are going have to chase him around while making sure everyone is covered or he is going to convert those 3rd and long situations like he did in Denver. There is no Quit in Mahomes at all.
