I've posted this before, but I think it's relative to the discussion...
Pros: Great motor, can do it all at DE. Great against the run, great against the pass, has a knack for making big plays. Team captain, quality leader.
Cons: A little undersized when compared to the prototypical DE, could get a little stronger. Neither issue is all that important.
