Sounds like he was going to be a tight end but a growth spurt after he got to college screwed up his carreer path. He doesn't have Dunn's straight line speed. But Dunn isn't 6'7" and 300 lbs.
A good decathlete will have good agility and balance, which is good for getting open. And if you are 6'7" tall, weigh 300 lbs, can get open, and catch a football, someone like Al Saunders might make you a big TE. Whatever position he plays, I think he picks up one of those mysterious injuries late in preseason and goes on IR. He won't be ready to make the squad at any offensive position due to lack of college experience.
