Yep I just worked at a PIzza Hut. They are exactly what you said a stuffed crust pizza but cut into 28 bites with more garlic on them. Takes a five minutes to get ready too.

Which means they should probably put an end to their professional team.

If they can't make enough money for balls and shirts, should they be paying guys to play a sport?

They were talking about some third league team. Imagine a league below Arena Football. Romania's national team has always been decently strong.
