My four year old boy went 'solo' on his bike today, for the first time. He was so proud. I'll never forget it.

Careful. Before you know it, he'll be going solo in a car.

I'm actually a little worried about the future. I get the distinct feeling that one day he'll enslave us all. I have since the moment he was born.

He has his mother's charm and an estimated 180 IQ. Those wouldn't be bad things, except he's also inherited certain traits of mine that are, well, undesirable in society.

Thanks for the sentiment. I had a great day. Went over to my sister's house and did the family thing. My dad came over and we bbq'd. Later on, I went out and played hoops with my brother, 2 nephews(ages 20 & 15), and my son(age 13). Some other dudes came up and joined us. It was a lot of fun. Not always easy to get a 5 on 5 game going.

I don't have a British accent most of the time.
