If Vermeil says something good about the team, he's either 1) uninformed or 2) a shill.

I know exactly what would be said here if he had said something bad:

"I knew it! We should have kept Vermeil!"

Under The bus? Coaches are their own frat.....
no matter where they are? doing a job for a team.

The transitions exist, injury happens.

retirements could have been predicated, they were somewhat addressed by Turley, hoping Sampson/Black would develop at RT.

So the bus had to drive uphill?

All the ladies wear No. 88.

This is the same assclown who thought our 2004 defense was the best he'd ever seen.

I won't even condescend to read this crap.

DV saying that makes me feel so much better

ROFL

Fish 09-27-2006 10:28 AM

Rather pointless article....

ck_IN 09-27-2006 10:29 AM

What he really means is 'Damm I'm glad I got out in time. That house of cards I built could be falling down on me right now'.

IMHO they threw Saunders "under the bus", not DV. DV is still precious to them.

DV is a class act he is sorely missed by many. He did great things for this franchise. I'm am sorry he was not able to accomplish getting and winning another SB here.

Our O was one of the most productive in the league for past 5 years. I will miss DV's and AS's O during the Herm regime.

They did great things?

Like what?

Offense scored a lot of points?
Big freakin' deal.

Dick and Al didn't accomplish jack.
They played one playoff game in five years.

Not only did they not get to, and win a SB.
They didn't sniff the ****er.

I don't give a flying rat's ass about records.
I want to win a freakin' SB.

I liked having the #1 offense in the league, Mr. chiefsfan1963, no problem.

But, other teams get to go to the playoffs and stuff. I think that would be nice to do someday.

Hopefully Herm will get us there. We'll find out these next 3 years. But what ever happens I will miss our exciting O when DV was HC.

I'm thinking this year is a bust and Herm can hide behind the fact that we lost our #1 QB and the retirements of Roaf and Welbourn. He will get 2 more years after that. If nothing happens I will look forward to CP finally leaving and seeing a new GM put in place.
