20 in that time may not be healthy. You get to the end and may not survive the trip.

Going to a hosiptal as a foreigner in some of these 2nd world countries could be an eye opener or death wish.

Drop 10+ and be happy with that.

More exercise will get your cardio up and your'll feel better in this faster travelling pace.

depends on how much you have to lose whether it's healthy or not...that's basically 2lbs per week which isn't shouldn't be that hard. Just exercise more & eat less.

nothing to it right?

I lost 35 lbs in about 10 weeks (which is almost in your time frame) I quit drinking, quit all fast foods, and followed a diet called Body For Life.

That was the eating, the exercise I choose to do was train for a marathon. I went from never running more than a mile to completing a 26.2 mile race in 20 weeks. My starting weight was 230 lbs, and I ran the race at 195.

If you wanna know anything in particular let me know...i'd be happy to help.

I've never tried, but I'm almost certain I could walk 26.2 miles in 20 weeks, or less.

Body for Life would be good.

OR

Find a 7 mile or so route that you can run/walk. Do that 4-5 times a week, run as much as you can, walk the rest.

Lower your calorie intake to about 1000-1200 and don't drink anything but water.

Drink a couple of quarts of go lightly or colonblow every couple of days.

You'll be ready for speedo season in a couple of weeks.

Body for Life is a decent program.
