For a course of like six games he was while he was fighting injury. Six games is not statistically significant, kind of like Huard this year no?

Look at the stats below. One is Tom Brady, the other is Daunte Culpepper. You decide

21,091 career yards 137 TD 89 INT 90.8 RATING 64.2 COMP%
21,564 career yards 147 TD 78 INT 88.4 RATING 61.9 COMP%

Yep, he's prone to fumbling and makes horrible decisions under pressure. The only thing he was ever good at was chucking the ball downfield to Moss.

Unlikely that he will have Randy Moss here so you have to discount his earlier seasons.

Nope, wrong again. In 2004 when Culpepper had his record and best year ever Randy Moss was plagued by injuries and only had 700 yards that season. It was the WORST year Moss has ever had besides last year in Oakland, and that was pretty bad.

And, wow, Randy Moss sure makes QB's so much better huh? I mean just look what it did for Andrew Walter and Aaron Brooks last year. It was simply stunning the numbers they put up with Moss.

Moss made him look good. Remember that year Moss hurt his leg or foot? Daunte was shit when Moss wasn't playing

Yeah, you know how bad he lookd in 2004 in the games that Moss didn't play in. He was horrible huh? Had 9 TDs to 3 INT's while averaging 240 yards a game. He was just horrible without moss that year huh?

Are you Daunte Culpepper?

If you can't protect your QB it doesn't matter who your receivers are. Culpepper may have looked good at times in Minn, but when he was bad, he was really bad. You're letting those numbers fool you.

Hm. I'll need a tie-breaker.

Which one has had a career-threatening injury half of his time in the NFL?

The raiders have to be hoping this happens before the draft. If so he's got to be a lock to go there along with Calvin Johnson with the #1 pick.

Then that screws up the entire draft, affecting every pick.

Well then it should be right up the raiders alley. Personally I've thought all along the raiders would end up taking Johnson, I just think it will be real hard for Al Davis to pass him up.

Oh I agree that the Raiders will probably take Johnson. However, things will get pretty interesting if Russell is still on the board after the Raiders' pick.
