I like Hinder. I saw them when they opened for Nickleback here in KC. They are pretty good IMO.

I liked them until I was forced to listen to Lips of an Angel ELEVENTY BILLIONS times over the past 10 months...

I understand. That is one of the main reasons I don't listen to the radio much anymore. They overplay songs to the point that I hate the artist and every freaking song they play.

Bob Dole walked out on their sucky asses halfway through their Shreveport show with Black Stone Cherry and Finger Eleven. The lead singer couldn't stop "rock star" screeching for no reason and trashed his voice by the time they got to the fourth song. Couldn't carry a tune in a bucket.

No, I think that is how they always sound. I don't know what it is about Hinder but they just don't do it for me. Their songs are all annoying. Only one I like is homecoming queen, and only a little bit. The greatest band of this generation is going to be Nickelback, not because of their supreme talent, but their uncanny ability to create great hooks and catchy rock songs. I hate about half of all of Nickelbacks songs, but the other half I like. Being they pump so many songs out, theres bound to be some you like.

No, Nickleback will not be the band of a generation because the generation (of what ever one you are speaking of) is too niche to be categorized by just one band. And, they are too one dimensional too.
