Hell ya I'll be there. I moved up 6 rows on the opp side to. Why wouldn't you want to renew them? I'm just working my way down. No loyalty.
|
I want to, but can't afford it this year.
|
Noob poll mistake
since you didn't include a "I didn't have them" option people are picking "no" just to see the results. |
I will renew my Sunday ticket... Does that count?
|
I think if I lived even as close as Springfield that I would have season tickets.
It would be tough to change your mind later and start back in the 3rd deck wouldn't it? I really envy some of you long standing ST owners. |
I have 4 kids, from 13 down to 6 and all of them are Chiefs crazy. We would have be bazzillionairs to afford season tickets, but I sure would like a stab at it.

Back before I could afford season tickets I always planned on getting them someday. Now that I can afford it, I don't think that they are worth the money. Even if you don't include the preseason games, $60 a piece for tickets, $20 for parking, and another $20 either on tailgating or food/drinks in the stadium. When I can watch the games at home for free, I can't justify paying $160 and having to deal with the weather, traffic and drunks. I tried to take my 6 year old to a game again last year, but Arrowhead on Sunday is NO place for a young child.
But I am cheap like that, and I would have the same stance even if the chiefs were winning 10 games a year and were playoff contenders. |
I'll probably buy again once my lil dude gets older.
I fondly remember the times when my dad & his Ford buddy's would get tickets to every home opener and tailgate. Hooked me to being a Chiefs fan for life. Don't want my son to miss out on that. |

"Best of all, you don't have to lift a finger to be there for the team. DIRECTV will automatically renew NFL SUNDAY TICKET in five payments of $45.80 each. That's $40 off the regular-season price. You'll see your first payment on your July bill." You vets of the Sunday Ticket is this likely to be the best price they will offer? Or should I wait until closer to the season for them to sweeten the offer? And, yeah, I considered long and hard if I was willing to pay this year. Seems to me the team is still rebuilding, I will be out speaking a lot of Sundays, and that is a lot of money. But, in then I realized I'll not get to see them any this year without the Ticket and will re-up. ... I know this is not season tickets but it is the same thing for me, so I think it fits in this thread??? |
