There's still over a MONTH before the season opener. Don't give up just yet.

But shouldn't it be a lot easier now that the offense has been simplified? "See Ball, go get ball"

2008 Draft:
1. OT
2. CB
3. CB
FA: WR

2009 Draft:
1. WR
2. LB
3. CB
FA: OL

Rebuild complete.

This in theory sounds well but WR is the absolute worst position to sign players at. The history of WR's switching teams and still producing is brutal.

Also we need another DT....I actually don't think this team is in position to take 3 first day corners in 2 years unless they are far and away the best players available....

We'll also be needing a RB probably by that 2009 draft at the latest.

he needs to comprehend that his welcome is wearing thin and move on to the cleveland plain dealer or something.

You were the one that said Parker is the #2 WR in camp. That's a problem.

Yup, IMO he looses value every day he’s not in camp because his ability to contribute is being pushed back to the ’08 season.

If Parker really is running 2 and opens the season that way that's all you need to know about the WR's.

In all honesty I'd be a lot more inclined to pay Bowe the extra 750k-a mill that he wants than pay LJ the 28 million he wants....

I need a ruling here, does this mean the 'WR excuse' will be valid this upcoming season?
