I found myself rooting for the Dolts. I will say this, if Antonio Gates really has a dislocated big toe and played he is one bad mofo. I did that once and it hurts like hell. You can't push off or put alot of force on it or the pain is through the roof. I'm sure there are varying degrees of toe dislocations, but still man. He would have had to shoot that thing up before the game. One thing is for sure...that boy will be hurting once the lidocaine wears off. He's got my respect that's for sure.

And with your draft history? The history of reaching for a crappy wide receiver like Craig Davis in the first round? |
Nice win today, enjoy it, because next week the Chargers are going to get abused.

Just because we didn't draft D Bowe this year, I would say our other draft picks were better than the rest of yours. |
I was surprised at how poorly Peyton played today, coming off a bye and at home. That last drive was especially disappointing. His INTs were tough because the balls were tipped, but I give credit to the Chargers for putting pressure on him and knocking him off his game.
I know this has been talked about ad nauseum, but I really think the thing that separates Tom Brady from Peyton is that Brady wouldn't have been stopped on that last drive. JMHO. |
The Chargers will lose next week because I placed a bet last summer on them to win the AFC Championship. I put down $30 at 3 to 1 odds. Those are crapy odds but I placed the bet so that the Chargers would have no chance of making it to the Superbowl. :p

Peyton just isn't the same without Harrison, no doubt about it. Turnovers really kept the Chargers in the game, but you did a great job of keeping the ball moving against what was supposed to be a strong D. I only remember seeing one really bad call that game, so a good win for the Chargers in my book.

Out of the frying pan and into the firey woodchipper, buddy.

When I went to Vegas in early October, the Chargers were 2-3, just having beat the Donkeys 41-3 in Denver (the week after you guys beat us in San Diego). I put $25 on the Chargers to win the Super Bowl. The odds were 12-1. When I bought a new wallet the other day, I managed to throw away the ticket... If they somehow win, thats $300 down the drain. :doh!: |

No offence but I believe this was being said after our win at your house earlier in the season. Nature of sports I guess, unless you are the Broncos then everone they lose to, that was their Superbowl. :shake: On another note congrats on a big win. Pretty impressive to hold on without Breeze, Tomlison, and a limited Gates. |
