From watching the newscasts since I've lived in the Chicago area, it seems like many of the violent stuff happens on the numbered streets (south side), so why he was down there is beyond me. Plus, 39th would probably be close to Comiskey, and there are some not real great neighborhoods around the stadium (although the lakefront is a few miles from there). He should just stick around Skokie, where he's from, if he wants to be wandering around at 2 am.
