The best wings I've ever had were in a Buffalo, NY. bar near the airport. Seeing how you probably don't get to Buffalo too much, that really doesn't matter. For my buck, I still can't find many wings better than Hooters. While I wouldn't eat a free sandwich from that joint, I find their wings to be spectacular.

Actaully, Papa Murphy's is a chain that makes the pies and ou tke them home and cook them. I'm not sure where they are in KC. but they are there--and they kick much ***. I couldn't believe it when I tried it.

Hands down, the best pizza in KC is served at Minsky's on 51st and Main. Nothing else comes close. Well, D'Bronks is alright, but nobody uses better ingredients or offers more unique pizzas than Minsky's. The wife and I finally diverged from our usuals there (Papa Minsky and 5 star white pizza), to try some of their alternatives - thai pizza, bbq chicken pizza, buffalo wing pizza, mexican pizza, etc.

I can understand that the best wings would be in the Buffalo area where this delicacy originated, and it's not suprising that those from that area scoff at what passes for 'wings' outside of that area.

It's very similar to when I guffaw at the East Coasts version of 'barbecue' or even North Carolina Barbecue...they have no clue.

In the absence of a good source from western NY, I think hooters is the best. Dominos wings arent that bad, but this new place, BW3 has to have the worst wings on the face...they are just horrible. I've tried about 6-8 different of their flavors and they are just horrid.

You got a bad BW3 Titus. The two BW3's in Houston are pretty good. I'm all about flavor and I don't like my wings breaded.

I have to think so Phil...the sauces are good, but the Wings are allways tough and have very little meat.

For best Pizza i have to go with Kelso's in metro north mall. It also is a fine drinking establishment and has a couple of TVs to keep up on the game. They also have a salad (if your into that and if your not it is worht a try) called the superbowl that is big enough for two. If your north of the river head to kelso's order up the XL Kitchen Sink Pizza and Superbowl Salad, grab a brewski and enjoy. You wont be disappointed.
