I'd have been for Flowers or Albert myself, probably leaning towards Albert. He had a stellar season for a rookie LT, and let's face it, gadget or not our offense was less the problem this season than our defense. That said, Flowers had to be pretty damn amazing as a rookie corner considering our lack of a pass rush...so I dunno...it's a toss up between these two. Legett...awesome story but didn't even start all season...odd pick. The players must know something we don't.

There is no reason to think otherwise about Johnny. |
The players also selected Pat Thomas as defensive captain at the start of the season.
They don't appear to be the brightest group of bulbs in the box. |

Should I also mention that some WANT to keep Herm around? I agree, we have some dimwits on the team-that won't keep Johnny from swallowing the Kool-aid, though.. |
I'd pick Flowers over Albert. While it was obvious why we couldn't run to the right side of the line, why could we not run behind the left side with a pro bowler and a 1st roud draft pick. Albert did ok and I hope he can learn to run block better, but Flowers held his position down in all aspects.

Should be Thigpen and Alberts or Flowers
Thigpen might not be the best player but who can say that he didn't change the course of our season? |
Leggitt must h ave stayed healthy for 16 games

who CHANGED our season more ... Gonzo or Thigpen?
the leggett pick is just silly ... clearly they just picked the biggest surprise. Penalized albert and flowers because they were high draft picks so they expected it. |

I would have voted for Flowers followed by Albert. Leggett turned out to be a nice surprise, for sure. But I don't understand how he got voted ROY.
