Then...yes...you win. |
Right, because it would be smart to move from a media market of about 15 million people to KC.
If I was Long Island I'd say, "Go ahead. Let me see you go." |

Well the economy is so good I can see why a sports team owner would think he could jam the public up for millions of tax dollars.

God, I hope they keep their name if they do move here.
Los Angeles Lakers... Utah Jazz... KANSAS CITY ISLANDERS. BOOYAH. |
HEY LETS GET A WNBA TEAM AS WELL!!!!!!!! THAT WILL BE SURE TO SUCCEED!!!!!!!

I've seen empty seats at the last two CBE Classics when local teams weren't involved, so that must mean we don't like college basketball. The Islanders have been rumored to be moving for the last few years... eh. |

The exhibition NBA game at the Sprint Center only drew about 1,000 more people than the exhibition NHL game did.

Nobody cares about exhibition games from out of town teams. Why should they care?? |

I know the Red Wings would like to play more of their old Eastern rivals so a switch could be done real easy if the Isles move. Hockey is a sport that I think KC would get hooked on if they see it live. Its pretty darn cool live, I would rather have the NBA but I could live with the NHL.

I would rather have an nba team, I would only go to hockey games , if the might pittsburgh pengions happened to grace this area with their awesomeness
