You know Herm bought DV's Townhouse
got to give Herm time to clean up all that game film before showing it to the next occupant |
**** him.
Clark has 3 million reasons to handle this as he see fit. |
Part of being a coach..... to avoid that just don't lose games...

I think Pioli's talk with Herm was more so the Chiefs could get around the Rooney Rule. New GM in place has talk (job interview) with current coach (a minority) about coaching next year and beyond (contract extension). These are all things the NFL will look at in the Rooney Rule.

He is paid up through next year right? I wonder if his contract has the clause "extra duties as assigned". Make him clean the crapper for a year.

I think it's perfectly fair for Scott to take the time to evaluate Herm and decide whether he wants him back as HC like he said he was going to do. WTF is not fair about that? Good lord he just got here 2 days ago. The "limbo" arguement is completely bogus because Clark said he wanted Herm back but would leave it up to the new GM. So at least up until Pioli was hired Herm had the job. The new GM just got here and isn't a complete hatchet man. He said he'd be diligent and he's being diligent. I don't understand why this is hard to understand.
And just because everyone wants to assume Scott will fire Herm doesn't mean its true. |
Herm is going to get paid some real good jack no matter what happens.
I don't feel sorry for him one bit. |
herm is getting a full payday to shut up and be our african american interview.
don't feel bad for him |

Herm deserves nothing but to be fired from a job he never would have had in the first place if he weren't one of Carl's incompetent cronies... **** Herm... |
Didn't Herm say that the new GM is "another distraction" a couple months ago? I'd kick his ass to the curb.

So now we're supposed to cover the hiring process in foam padding because he bumped his head on the swingset? |
This is part of the gig. He can sack up and deal with his situation. His body of work is on the table. He did it. Now he has to be responsible for it. If his work was good enough to be Pioli's man, good. If not, tough mother****ing shit. Deal. The rest of us do when we have to be responsible for our performance.
If it is such a big deal to him he could quit and find other work. |
