Whenever I worked overnight at the DST change, it was either simply one hour shorter or one hour longer than usual and I was paid accordingly. Then again, I've never been salary during that point, only hourly; but if I were salary, I would demand that they take it into account when I figure out my hours for that week.

Luckily, I get off work at 1:45am tonight, so I don't have to worry about it. By the time I get in my car, it'll be almost 2, and by the time I get home it'll be 1:10am again, LOL.... cool.
