I think LJ would look great in a Seahawks uniform
|
I think we have the 2nd coming of Shawn Alexander, only we got the best years out of him.
|
I could actually see the Steelers giving him a workout, maybe a junk 1-year deal since he won't need the coin.

Where oh where do you think he's going to go, great and powerful Oz? |
i'm the author of the linked story, yes Larry Johnson has a 2.7 YPC average but that is a product of his team, the turmoil he has faced, and his horrible offensive line.
Not saying Seattles OL is great, but it is better then the Chiefs, we also have a far superior passing game to open things up for him. with the 30th ranked rushing attack, and cutting the Edge, we have a need at least as a backup, and he fills it. Edge actually gained less per carry then LJ did, so my article makes sense, and is correct. We don't run outside often and with more of a spread look now we need someone to pound it up the middle. He won't cost much It's a low risk high reward move Thanks for linking to my article. |

I love when opposing fans come to this board and try to tell us about players we have watched every week for the last 5 years. The guy is washed up. His line is bad, but LJ's vision is complete shit. He's slow and doesn't have a single move to make a defender miss. |

I don't think Paul Allen misses the "Jailblazers" days.

After reading this...I miss Mike Solari O-lines. Even with this talent he could make it better than it is. Solari and Gibbs both could take 5 guys and make at least an average NFL O-line.

You can't get much worse then 30th ranked.
I'm not barging into your message board, you linked to my article, I read the comments, and justified my argument. We need a RB, a backup RB at least, and don't even try to tell me LJ is more washed up then the Edge. If you don't want opposing fans on your board then don't think to their article? |
