What constitutes a good steak.

I prefer Ribeyes, Hanger and Sirloins.

I would have to say the bone-in ribeye from McGonigles that marinated in Allegro for 2 days that I just had for Thanksgiving.......unbelievable

Not having to cook it or clean it up - that's it.

oh and sweet potatoes from Boston Market.....

prime rib, crab legs, mashed potatoes

Well, tonight I had a strip steak, BBQed Prawns off the grill, baked potato, sweet cabbage and homemade jalapeno dill pickles, big glass of ice water and some Dixie Pie.

I love America.

Appetizer:
House salad w/ ranch dressing from Outback Steakhouse and a cup of Broccoli cheese soup

Entree:
Full slab baby back ribs from Houston's

Cornflaked top hashbrown potato casserole

KC Masterpiece's bbq baked bean recipe (the one that used to be off the back of the bottle of the store bought sauce)

Cup of cinnamon spiced apples

Drink:
Red Fruit Punch flavored Gatorade


Dessert:
Nice slab of carrot cake (preferably from J Alexander's) with a scoop or 2 of Vanilla Ice Cream.

Lettuce Wraps, Pork Dumplings, Kung Pao Chicken with water chestnuts, finished off fried banana eggrolls and coconut ice cream, and a caramel cappachino to go with the desert.

Marinated Flank Steak, grilled and sliced thin side of au jus.

Salad with strawberries, almonds, and feta cheese.

Potatoes Au Gratin

Corn on the cob and grilled asparagas

Buttermilk Biscuits

Warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream.

oh and probably two or three Left Hand Milk Stout's or Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA's.

Can't forget the beer.
