if Texas and Mizzou both bring their "A" game then it's a win by Texas

If Mizzou brings their "A" game and Texas brings anything less then it's a mizzou win

Mizzou plays harder and will win the "guts" game

What if MU brings a B- game and Texas shows up with a C game? Then what? I never understand the "A game" reference. If a team brings it's A game they won't be beat. Simple as that. You can't call it an A game if on defense you are allowing the other team to have an A game as well.

Unless....

Team A's "A Game" is better than Team B's "A Game"

They should really do these on a curve so the the better team has an "A Game" and the worse team, the best they can do is a "B Game". Then it makes more sense.

If you really are playing your A game though then there is no way for the other team to be on their A game. An A game means you did everything right which would include shutting down the other teams offense would it not? If the other offense is scoring at will then you obviously didn't bring your A game at all.

I think it just means they play to the best of their ability and don't screw up. It has nothing to do with the outcome of the game or the effect on the other team.

I'm guessing that you always hated those smart ****ers in high school who always ****ed up the grading curve. No?

This is going to suck. I had surgery on my gums today and I cannot even go close to cold drinks. So I can't drink beer to celebrate a win or sulk in a loss. God hates me. But the Doc did give me some Darvocet!!!!111ELEVENTY
