Har Har. They are the wife's shoes. Coincidentally, those are the shoes she wore under her wedding dress. So you should have known that already...

When are you going to get a doggie?

I was telling Mrs Buehler445 that Buehler445 and his dog remind me of the Morris Twins... Goofy and Dumb...

Buehler445 wasnt amused.

Your dumbass has 2 goofy dogs. You're a better fit for the morris twins than I am.

Blue Heelers are great dogs. Wise choice.

Had/have a few over the years .....

1.) Paper train early, firmly and consistently if it is to be an inside dog.

2.) When the dog has done something to displease you and you call it to come to you, don't physically discipline the animal, the trust level between you will diminish considerably. Verbal displeasure by the tone of your voice will tell them of your unhappiness and if you are "close" with the animal it will be much more effective.

Just common sense along the same lines as raising kids but you don't have to save for college.

IMHO

I got my first dog about 3 and a half years ago and I've never regretted it. I never had a dog as a kid, that may be part of it. Welcome to the club.

Heelers, especially one's that are outside dogs are often car chasers. Do you, your dog, and your family a favor and make sure you teach Chief early that he is not to go anywhere near the road.

That said, they are very smart dogs. Congrats!

Nice angle, Flop. LMAO.

Did you have to hide the peanut butter?

DeezNutz 03-03-2010 02:55 PM

Buehler, congrats on the new dog.

Herding dogs are smart as ****, but you need to make sure to give it plenty of exercise, otherwise it will become bored and be an ENORMOUS ****ing pain.

And you'll wonder why, and the answer will be you: You will be the problem.

LOL I was too lazy to pose her out of her normal position. Notice that tongue wagging? She loves her daddy.

Such a great post. My dog is mostly Jack Russell. I have to get her out of the house and keep her occupied a shit ton. Otherwise she goes ape shit and the only one to blame is me.

Heh, I love the smell of skunk. It smells like pot to me.
