For the time being I'm living in a studio/apartment just off William Cannon and Pleasant Valley (I know, I'm part of the minority in this part of town).

S. Austin is the sh*t. need to move your ass to the other side of the interstate. my wife has some apts for lease up around manchaca and lamar.

I like that area a whole lot...I probably won't be in the market quite yet-it may be a couple months down the road as I have to go back to Nashville for a a little while. But if you could PM me info on what places your wife might have available, I'd surely appreciate it.

Ill have to disagree..

I actually like it better than the 3rd one overall. Sure its got its cheesy kiddy moments..

but the The last 45 minutes are pure white knuckle adrenaline.

I actually like the third one a bit better than the first one.
