Hopefully he won't need to be. There were too many years where it was Gonzo and nobody else. And I don't know about you, but I'd rather Moeaki be the Novacek to Bowe's Irvin and Charles's Emmitt than be the next Tony Gonzalez...

(We'll just steer clear of the Aikman/Cassel comparison for now)

However, the only reason TG didnt put up better numbers in '97 was due to Marty's reluctance to play rookies.

Would love to see this guy have a long productive career in KC, if he continues to be at least comparable to Tony G I will be happy.
