The most valuable player and the best player are 2 different things.
That's why I hate the MVP award in the NFL, because it must always go to the QB, because it's the team's most important position. The QB is a franchise's most valuable position because they handle every offensive snap. The Chiefs MVP goes to Matt Cassel. The Chiefs offensive POTY goes to Jamaal Charles. The Chiefs defensive POTY goes to Derrick Johnson. The Chiefs rookie POTY goes to Eric Berry. The Chiefs newcomer POTY goes to Ryan Lilja |
I agree with CoMo...adding Chiefs offensive Rookie of the year is Moeaki

easy, Charles. I don't think we'd be a playoff team without him, honestly.

Honestly, its Cassel. Without him the Chiefs aren't a playoff team. Brodie Croyle? Yeah, right.

Cassel
Charles Bowe Jones Lilja Moeaki Posted via Mobile Device |
Shaun Smith FTW!!!!
Honestly for me it is Cassel. This team is dead without him. Posted via Mobile Device |
not McCLuster

I would give my nod to Charles. Simply for the fact that I think he was the catalyst to help Cassel improve. He played well when Cassel was not. Charles has been the most consistent player all year long. Cassel has made the most improvement.
I can see the argument for Cassel because we had no alternative. We would not have a winning record if it weren't for him. I can see either player being team MVP. |
Cassel, Charles, Bowe. Toss up for me.
