I'm not in charge of any of that. We had a great team here in 2010 and some improvements can be made, no doubt. I'm going to trust Coach Haley and Scott Pioli to make those adjustments and draft those new guys. Both Brady and Belichick were outstanding mentors to me. Especially Brady, working with him on a day-in-day-out basis really helped me develop as a young quarterback. And Coach Belichick is one of the best to ever coach. I was real lucky to be with those guys.
