It's okay, but I don't see how he's any more remarkable than Randy Couture, or even on the same level as far as unlikely old guys having success in that sport. Couture routinely went up against the best.

I'd heard he was a fatty pants growing up and then he started doing situps and pushups and became a killing machine.
That's odd because I've done situps and pushups since I was 12 and I couldn't run a 4.40 40 to save my life.
