I have him going to the Texans with the 11th pick in the 1st rd because Phillips is going back to the 3/4 and runs a hybrid 3/4 / 4/3 and Smith would be a perfect fit opposite Williams. While I tend to agree with you, a similar fall happened to Sergio Kindle last year and its not out of the realm to suggest Smith dropping a bit due to injury concerns.

The team that drafts him is going to be doing so almost strictly on hope he can reach his potential and his injuries will turn some teams off.

If he were to fall past 21, a certain someone should be drawn and quartered on Lot G at Arrowhead.
