This would work if, and only if, Old Navy attempt to secure her as a spokesperson, had their offer rebuffed and then found a look-a-like. It's similar to what happened with Tom Waits and Frito-Lay. They wanted his voice to rep Cheetos or some shit, he told them **** off, they hired a sound-a-like, and he sue their asses. Rightfully so IMO. But to file suit based on the fact that someone resembles that dumb bitch, if Old Navy didn't approach her first, is reeruned.

It used to be that you worked for fame and thus became rich, not like it is now, where some how being rich entitles you to be famous. It makes me sick.
