To me one of the most amazing things about Otis Taylor is he had the body and skills to play in today's game. Most guys of his era would be too small or slow to translate to the same position in today's game.
With today's rules he would be unstoppable he was getting hit all the way down the field.

This is what I'm saying.

Otis Taylor became the prototype for the NFL receiver.

I gotta do a painting of OT.

Might as well do his signature play:

Great vid.

Especially at the end. I'll never forget that raider game when Lenny got speared and Otis threw the goon to the ground.

Otis was one tough SOB and a blast to watch. If you were a Chief fan.

goon = Ben Davidson

Great sound track and great montage.

Your skills are clearly improving in editing videos.

I want to slap Baldwin for wearing #89. Retire the jersey.

Henry Marshall wore it for more years than Otis.

Wish I was alive to see the Chiefs back then.

Reminds me of Otis. Bowe has his style, but no high step. Tend to believe that Ollie Gates had his logo designed after OT.

Props, CW.

We argued on the playground about who got to be Otis Taylor in the football games.

Marshall got the jersey the year after Otis retired. After Marshall, they should have shut it down.

Here's a list from the Chiefs website of all the KC players up through 2010 who wore #89. Baldwin would be added this year if he ever gets on an active game roster.
