As long as Marty keeps his ass in the NFC I'll cheer for him...
|
I have come to believe that in the right situation, with a franchise QB that he trusts, Marty could possibly win it all.
Is Josh Freeman that guy? There's a chance, but I'm skeptical about that. |
I would like to have Marty here.

His last coaching season in the NFL he was 14-2... and fired. Yet, the San Dumbo Chargers hired Zits McGee and keep him on payroll. heh

they would be an instant regular season contender. Marty is a good HC, I don't care what anyone says. He can turn around any franchise and at least get them to the playoffs. He's had some bad luck and some bad QB's but the fact that he never wins in the post season is what gives him that bad rap and he does make bad decisions and goes way too conservative. If I were a GM of a team like Tampa, I'd go after him and try to convince him to get a playoff consultant.

The fumble in CLE Elliot's missed FG's in KC Kaeding's missed FG's in SD Marty has had some really bad luck....a lot of which wasn't his fault. |
As long as you dont want to win in the post-season but make it every season, he's your Guy.
Sorry, but I will NEVER forgive him for starting Grbac over Gannon vs. Denver. **** him. |
