Philbin is not a pedo...as far as I can make out, his son was convicted for having sex with two girls above the age of 16 when he was 17. He pulled a Hootie. Got them drunk them ****ed'em.

From the link I provided, he was actually 17 at the time it happened. The problem was that it was non-consentual while the girls were drunk.
