Roy is losing it.
UNC is going to get worse. |
Somehow they'll only drop 1 spot in the rankings
|
They need to be busted down out of the top 10

I've been a pretty big roy-hater for quite some time....but I dont have much of a problem with this.
Earlier in the year at the Orleans Arena....his team ran into some problems when UNLV's fans stormed the court and got in the faces of coaches/players. You gotta figure there are several a-holes in the mob, tempting, and antagonizing......and without decent security, it's risky for the losing team (injury, suspension for fighting, etc.). The only problem I have with it is that Roy left........and left the walk-ons on the court. So you're saying it's not ok for your starters to get injured by the mob......but it's ok for the walk-ons to get fed to the lions??? :) |

I was there in '06 and last year for the LV Invitational. You can literally walk around the court before/after the game, no problem. In fact, being the young, drunk asshole that I was in '06, my friends and I engaged in quite the shit talking battle with Joakim and a few other Gators as they were in the layup line. In most arenas, the aforementioned situation does not happen very often, if at all. Roy's a bitch though. Always has been. Even when everyone at KU loved him, he was still a little prima-donna bitch. |

I was there in '06 as well. What a game! Maybe I'm getting older and more conservative......but the players (of both teams) need to be protected. I've seen plenty of games where things get out of hand. That said, I could see Roy pulling this stunt to try to steal some of the thunder from the final buzzer. |
Crap, I had a moment of lapse, and was thinking Roy was still KU's coach. I was loving this. Now I'm like, meh.
