We didn't get any of these holidays off, as a matter of fact if no one froze to death overnight in the area we had to brave it through 3 or 4 feet of snow.

You actually see a scenario where Drew outcoaches Self? He can certainly recruit but coaching isn't his strong suit.

That ain't no shit. Last what, Thursday I think it was Lee's Summit schools were closed because it was "too cold". I mean ****ing really? I never had school called because it was too cold. There had to be tons of snow and ice for school to ever get called.

I just think Baylor has the most talent in the Big 12. They have the size to match up with KU and they have they the skills to play through lesser coaching. then again it is at KU and you can never count out KU at home.

Ya my favorite was a couple of years ago on a tuesday night they were calling for the mother of all storms to hit. Shawnee Mission closed up shop for the rest of the week and we received exactly zero precipitation.

No holiday for me.

We get hurricane days, set days off during hurricane season regardless of the weather, at the public schools down here in the Sunshine State. Dumbest idea ever. Only got to enjoy them my senior year almost 6 years ago.

Only place in Iowa that shuts down is Waterloo/Cedar Falls because of all the... um... diverse population in Loo. Thank god I go to UNI and get the day off :D
