It's fantastic. I turned five or six friends onto it - watch it once and you're hooked.

Imagine James Bond as a narcissistic jackass with mommy issues in a dysfunctional office environment. The show is crass, vulgar, anti-PC, thororoughly hilarious and completely brilliant.

It's easily in the running for the funniest show I've ever seen.

I've never laughed as often over a 30 minute burst than I have watching that show. Placebo Effect may be the most hysterical 30 minutes of television ever.

If Archer loses to Mr. ****ing Ed I will have lost all faith in the membership of this board.

And voiced by H. John Benjamin, who is one of the best voice-over guys out there.

I would also add that if you and I agree on something being this good, it really must be that good. :D

Ditto on the Archer love. It is simply magnificent. A true masterpiece.

I gave an extra vote to 30 Rock. And really, Family Guy deserves one as well, even though it went the way of The Simpsons twice as fast as The Simpsons. Meaning, it turned very not funny. In the end, I knew Family Guy would get plenty of votes. Me not giving one to them is more a testament to how much better 30 Rock and Archer are than if Family Guy deserves to move on.

Okay, I am going to have to download me some Archer, since folks seem to be raving about it. Hopefully it is as good as yall make it out to be!

seriously, go the **** away tina fey. you luck into being head writer at the time that will ferrell hits his comic peak, and you STILL find a way to make SNL unfunny and unoriginal. and no, your sarah palin impersonation does NOTHING for me. just go the **** away.

I think I might try to check Archer out tonight.

I didn't figure Archer was well known enough to compete, and it's not, but it's close. It's still within overtaking distance of Gomer Pyle.

Tough call between "30 Rock" and "Family Guy." Both shows are hilarious, but I had to go with "30 Rock."

I dont know how any of these can hold a candle to family guy
