Also discount is also determined by freight in what is called a lane... if it's a hot lane for LTL you get it cheaper... Florida freight is high because alot goes in and not much comes out....

It's all going to depend on which trucking companies run that route or have freight hubs near where you are going. Sounds like US 71 to I-35.
Our company uses several different freight lines, and our shipping manager has a good feel for who is cheapest to go where. In general, we use (among others) MME, Beaver Express, R+L and JB Hunt. Good luck! |
