LMAO No he doesn't - he's making the Saints the fall guys so while he's in court with all the law suits for head injuries, he can use this as a vain example to say "see - we care, we really do!"

The fact he / the NFL has advertised this whole ordeal ( compared to sweeping Spygate under the rug ) and blatantly refuses to address the admissions of other teams / players trying to hurt players or running similar programs proves the point ( San Fran, NYG, Redskins, Bills, Titans, Jags, Green Bay, etc ). And don't forget - he refuses to display any of the evidence he claims to have, even to the NFLPA. Roger & the NFL are going to get sued.
