So, how did it go?

I was happy with my time. I thought the course was much better than the KC course last year. We had a much better time slot this year, too. It was a very well run event.

How many fat women did you knock over in your quest for greatness?

I used one as a raft to get over one of the lake crossings. Fatties float.

Did the Warrior Dash here in KC today. That was a hell of a good time. It was a bit chilly, but I"ll do it again next year.

Saturday was also my first attempt and when it was done I wanted to keep going. I'll definitely be doing it again.

I've done two of them. I'm planning to do a Spartan Race this summer.

That one looks pretty bad ass. What location are you doing?

I'm not a distance runner so I've shied away from One Tough Mudder.

I like the sound of the 5 mile urban dash that they're slowly rolling out.

And I thought I was crazy training for half an Ironman. No way I would survive a Spartan.
