I think they will probably give the keys to Locker in week 5 or 7. This will be an interesting pre season, I am actually looking forward to the pre season games.

The Eagles will never win a Super Bowl with him at QB. As you mentioned, he can't stay healthy. Also, you blitz him and it's over. He still can't read a defense to save his life. He hasn't figured it out yet, and at this point, he probably won't.
