You realize I was saying "yes X 1000" to the question "am I the only one who doesn't know who the **** Curly Culp is?", right?

I was already old by the time you were a young whippersnapper...

LOL, no I took it the other way. Sorry, you're officially an old fart.

I remember that SB like it was 43 years ago. I was in 6th grade and there were only 2 of us Chief fans. My teacher let us take bets and write them down all week on the side chalkboard.

Well, I was only in the eighth grade, so I guess I only qualify as a quasi-old fart...LMAO

Taylor= Megatron.
Practically every WR back then was welker.
You want to put Alworth in first fine but Taylor should
have followed him within a couple of years.
He was the first of the Megatron/Bowe big physical type of WRs.
Being a pioneer of sorts at his position should have gotten him in.

Not even close on the Alworth = Wes Welker? Are you on drugs? Lance Alworth was a speed receiver, not an underneath possession receiver. Ray Berry = Welker...maybe.

Otis wasn't Megatron either, but you're right about him being bigger than most.

I'm guessing you're 15 years old?

Youth doesn't get you off the hook. Learn your Chiefs history son!

You're wrong about Otis Taylor.

He was stronger and bigger than just about every other receiver in his era, and he was also faster than all but a couple of them.

He also caught everything thrown his way, and made some amazing catches, and was a beast with the ball in his hands.

His one real problem was that he played with the only team in the AFL that was run oriented in a league that was pass happy.

milkman...I said he was bigger than most. He doesn't remind ME of Megatron because Otis was faster relatively speaking. He also had much more lateral quickness and agility.

Sorry to misunderstand.

I took it to mean that he wasn't a freakish athlete relative to his era.

That's how they are comparable.
