I like Marc Ross, but hate the rest of that.

Reid, next to Tony Dungy is the most overrated piece of crap over the last 15 years at HC.

And how about that scapegoating job he did on Juan Castillo?

Andy Reid? Hell no. Marty Moronwhig with him? No thanks.

I'm warming up to Cowher. This team can't gamble with another unproven HC. It has a ready roster when the QB spot gets fixed.

HC - Cowher
OC - Possibly Chan if he gets fired from Buff
DC - Rex.
