Nah, we're good.
Time to rest up for the celebration. |
Look, it's clear the football gods love us.
They aren't gonna troll us by letting Andrew Luck, a metaphor for the object of our desire, lose to us. They aren't that cruel. |

Stephenson vs Freeney is enough to lose this one.

Think about all that shit that had to go just right for us to be 2-12.
A fumble on the one? An INT in overtime? Bowe getting hurt AND falling on the 5-yard line in the same game? |
Two things that ALL athletes will play for:
-Kids with cancer -Coaches with cancer Colts got one of those. Chiefs don't have any. |
coogs needs a week ban for this worrisome thread

Hell, last week we had people on here talking about we had to win because it was the Raiders. To heck with the draft pick... it's the Raiders. Now I know we have folks here who hate the Colts maybe even worse than the Raiders. Yet nothing! No win at all costs because it is the ****ing Colts. It's all about Geno Smith... and we still have Jax breathing down our backs. We need a loss bad Sunday! |

Plus, Pagano is expected to be back on Monday. This upcoming game with the Chiefs will be super emotional for them. We got this. 35-0 Colts. |
I fully understand your perspective on this matter, Mr. Coogs. The "Any Given Sunday" rule still generally applies. However, there are a few factors in our favor ...
First off, except for about three or so (and they're injured), we have no good players left. Second off, Roleo takes pride in his knowledge of how to successfully screw up an anvil. Third off, Dumboll has a total of three plays in his play-book and he's successfully taught the quarterback two of them. Fourth off, the entire organization is in some kind of hellish warp of despair from which there may be no escape. Fifth off, in a last-minute, frantic attempt to rescue his job and reputation, Pioli is likely to give the pre-game pep talk which will, no doubt, eventually devolve into a lengthy diatribe on the importance of tidiness in sport. The odds are good that the team will still be in the locker room and miss the kick off. I am unconcerned. FAX |

#Chiefs list of injuries looked imposing early in week but not so much now. Moeaki is doubtful, Albert is questionable |
