So the Chiefs should entrust personnel decisions with a guy who has never been in the NFL... as a player or a coach... with Fat Scott as his "back-up"?

GM's hire coaches... Coaches don't interview GM's to see if they want to keep them on. This is crazy.. That'd be the same thing as a company hiring a new receptionist, and having them interview the VP of Sales to make sure he gets to stay.

You've never heard of a HC getting full control of personnel decisions? That's apparently what Kelly's asking for.
